Dr
ReplyDeleteIt is a good post which gives details about the sinus problem.
Are these the only symptoms for sinus or is there more. I have a peculiar problem. I have a running nose sometime thick green from my right nostril. This is apersistent for over a year. I took sinus test and confirmed positive. But I don't have any head ache, heaviness, fever or any such mentioned in this post.
I am not interested in anti-biotics.
I get a lot of relief by cleaning my nose with salt warm water and and putting some ayurvedic nose drops

That is correct. The symptom is increased first and then it helps. If you want real help you must do it continuously for months. Wonders happen but they are very selten.
