• Low sperm count

• No sperm are produced
• Problems with the form and structure of the sperm
• Autoimmune problems, here the immune system considers the sperm as a foreign bacterium or virus, attacks and damages them
• Sexually transmitted diseases or other infections
• Hormonal problems
• Erectile dysfunction
• Premature ejaculation
• Excess alcohol
• Malnutrition
• Smoking
• Abuse of drugs, cannabis, cocaine, party drugs
• Side effects of prescribed medicines
• Toxins and environmental poisons like pesticides, heavy metals etc.
• Female sexual hormones from drinking water from birth control pills
• Exposure to radiation
• Obesity
• Stress
