It is very easy, eat metabolism based individual diet and do few simple exercises for your stomach muscles and you could achieve this very quickly.
Weight gain is a common side effect of different medicines and if it is the case, then you have less chance. Consult your doctor to get another medicine which does not have this side effect if possible. With the help of your doctor find out the minimum but effective dose of the medicine and then it is possible to reduce some weight.

If you have high blood pressure or taking any other medicines, at first talk to your doctor about the side-effects of this medicine. Weight increase is one of the many side-effects, it is very difficult to reduce your weight, but not impossible.
60 kg should be your normal weight, 15 kg you have to melt, but it should be done slowly if you want success in your effort. An individual diet plan could be made for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, the in-between snacks or fruits and recommendation for your fluid intake.
The first two kilos will go very quickly within a few days because it is only water, do not reduce the amount of your meals drastically, this makes the brain to tell the body to reduce the speed of the metabolism, you burn less calories and you wait sadly for weeks or months without any success.
Consult your doctor about the exercise you could do and your trainer plan and accompany your exercise programme according to that.
Reduce the amount of your meals slowly, increase your exercises also slowly, I am in contact with you to give the correct direction or tips and the result will be very encouraging.
Get an appointment, come after filling the questionnaire, we talk and make a diet plan for you in reasonable time.

Your normal weight should be 155 – 100 = 55 kg, you must reduce 15 kg.
It is not impossible to reduce your weight, do not wait and start immediately. Do not reduce your weight drastically with an extreme diet plan. In this case the metabolism slows down and very few calories are burnt. This means no weight reduction. If you eat normally for few days then your weight will increase.
The intelligent way is to eat enough food – in the combination the volume is important, this means much salad is better than cashew nuts. Your stomach must be full and you must have enough physical activity. You would wonder how quickly without any problem the kilos are melting.
You must have the will and there will be no problem for weight reduction and maintenance.
