No, I do not hate corn-flakes. Do you know how I eat corn-flakes? I take now and then, about 20 g with less milk.
After that, I eat my bread or egg or idli or dosai or poori or whatever available. Is it so difficult to understand and to tell to our children?
Now in India, my breakfast is poori or idli or dosai with two medhu vadai made out dhal and my black tea.
In Hamburg, I used to eat ragi buns like breakfast bread with cheese. There I take fenugreek seeds and also few pumpkin seeds. Of course coffee is a must.
Want to reduce the risk of high blood pressure and heart attack or stroke or want to do well in the school, college or in your office never miss your breakfast.

Studies in animals in USA have brought to the surface many negative results about corn flakes. There were many negative health effects if the animals are continuously fed for one or two months. Therefore, it is only better to serve your child once to twice in a week.
Now and then, in small quantities in a week is enough as long as the children want to eat. It is better for the children not to brush their teeth immediately after eating corn flakes. If they do the enamel of the teeth could be damaged. The dentist’s treatment can cause lot of pain and money. For adults also the same recommendations, now and then yes, but do not forget the major component is carbohydrate, that means ultimately sugar.
How are the cornflakes produced? Are they actually more nutritive?

Maize is polished well so that only the carbohydrate is left and mixed with sugar and malt.Everything is cut, mixed and with heat becomes a paste which is cut and made in different forms. Chocolate or vitamins and minerals are sprayed and vacuum packed. It is only maize flour, sugar, some minerals and vitamins, but at the end counts only maize flour and sugar. This extreme amount of carbohydrate is bad for sugar patients and also for the children because too much of carbohydrates are one main reason for early puberty. Early puberty and late pregnancy are risk factors for breast cancer. Moreover, your dentist will be happier.

If you go to a super market in any country of the world only one corner is more colourful and enchanting. Even the adults stand there to look at. It is the corner where dozens of different cornflakes are displayed- picture about the healthy corn fields, happy people and the shining sun which laughs. Comics and animal figures in fine colours attract the children. It is mostly bought because the child wants these pictures and it is also my personal experience.
The advertisements say their products are the best children’s breakfast, is it correct?

If you use their products, then it may not be good but if you prepare the breakfast that is the best always.
But the industries have attractive covers or boxes which the children like. Prepare your conventional breakfast and decorate it with things which your children like very much, then they will eat. You must always talk to your children and must explain the advantages as well as the disadvantages of their breakfast.

Enjoy your breakfast, eat whatever you like or get.Enjoy your breakfast, eat whatever you like or get. After 20 minutes you measure your blood pressure and see the change. It is much lower than the fasting blood pressure value.
I request all the doctors and dieticians to inform this fact to their patients or customers.
The best thing you could to is come to my online counsellings.

Few days ago I saw a discussion in DD Pothigai about food, particularly our breakfast. I heard from the persons present there that not only the majority of the adults are not taking breakfast but also the school going children and adolescents. A mother told that she adjusts to her children and do as they wish to have peace of mind for all in the house.
Where are we now? I say always the parents must learn first and teach their children what is a right and wrong food for their health. All must take time; otherwise we do a great mistake.
The red blood cell are not round but square in form and these are wrapped in cholesterol so that with a normal blood pressure the blood could be circulated in our body for the transport of oxygen as well as nutrients to our trillions of cells. The interval between dinner and breakfast is 8 to ten hours. So during this long interval the concentration of cholesterol is low. The heart must work hard to maintain the oxygen and nutrients supply. The blood pressure increases and the risk for heart attack increases.
Remember most of the heart attacks are happening in the early morning because of the above told simple reason.
The breakfast gives you the cholesterol and the blood pressure comes down. You could control this in an easy manner. Before your breakfast you measure your blood pressure - the small blood pressure measuring instrument is available everywhere and note it.
