The author Dr. Kaniappan Padmanaban, Ph.D, had a total of 35 years hands-on experience and worked as Head-Department of Clinical Toxicology for 25 years at renowned Institute of Drs. Fenners, Hamburg, Germany from 1980 to 2005. His life was full of research on foods and environmental poisons.
