If somebody gives these values they are not serious.
This is the most difficult question for me, I do not know in which ratio they mixed rice and urid dhal. There is also no standard weight for this and moreover how much oil or ghee is present in vadai or dosai is also not known.
I am sorry I do not want to give the amount of calories. We must be careful with the amount of food what we take, but I am against of counting calories and I have obtained good results without counting them.

What are the healthy edible oils?

All edible oils are healthy. Olive oil is considered to be the best oil in the world, but I would like to say sesame oil is as good as olive oil.
The only difference is the distribution of monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids. Olive oil has more monounsaturated and sesame has more omega-6 fatty acids. The important fatty acid in fish is also omega-3 fatty acids. Sunflower has more omega-6 fatty acids and canola is the mustard oil without smell.
Olive oil should not be heated above 70 degrees C and it could be used with salads.
For our Indian way of cooking sesame oil, coconut oil, groundnut oil and sunflower oil is good.
Oils are always healthy and it is in your hands to use them judiciously in such a way to get only the health benefits.
All plant oils have no cholesterol. Never forget 100 g oil has approximately 890 calories.

No, it is not hazardous for our health, but you must think about the other factors also.
If you have many electric or electronic instruments in your kitchen, it may be a risk for additional electro smog and it gives only health problems depending upon your immune system and other environmental pollution present in your home or surroundings.
Use only glass and plain ceramic containers in the microwave instrument. Avoid plastic containers completely.

Milk and milk products are very good foods as long as you have no milk allergy or lactose intolerance.
More than 60% of the world population have any one of these problems. In Western countries their main calcium source is milk and milk products. When they eat excess of milk products, particularly cheese, these can bring problem in calcium metabolism. The problems include:
• Too much calcium excretes more calcium from the bones
• Too much of salt from the cheese makes more calcium excretion from the body
• Too much of protein makes the body acidic which in turn increases the excretion of calcium
If somebody is having unexplainable gas problems and no medicines help, ask them to avoid milk and milk products for few days. If they have lactose intolerance the problems will disappear immediately.
The villain for the milk allergy is a protein present in milk.

Although spinach is very healthy, it has lot of oxalic acid. If you have problem with kidney stones, you can eat it moderately and also drink at least 4 litres of water. There are several other vegetables having oxalates. Soya bean has the maximum amount of oxalates.
