Eating fewer animal products is good for the environment and it is good for your health.

The reasons include:

• Keeping many animals produces large amount of air and water pollution
• More greenhouse gases
• 80% of world’s annual deforestation goes to the account of animal agriculture
• Need lot of water
• 50% of world’s total grains production are converted into animal-feed and the prices of the grains goes up in the world market. The sufferers are the poor people.

Two days fresh meat in a week is more than enough. Avoid or eat a minimum of processed meat products and here nobody knows what all things or chemicals are present. Food must be fresh and it is good for our health.
