Eating boiled or brown rice is better because of vitamins and minerals like selenium. Whether raw or boiled rice, you must take only 90 g of cooked rice for lunch.

Avoid all root vegetables and banana. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables and avoid mango, grapes, jack fruit, banana and dates.

Avoid sweets, honey, jam, syrup, glucose, dried fruits, fried foods and processed foods.

Alcohol must be avoided and thus you can reduce your blood sugar level and insulin dose.

Keep glucose with you. If there are symptoms of low blood sugar you have to take it immediately.

Do not forget your physical activity and it is equally good as the right foods.
